Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High volume of orders may lead to slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Netherlands & Belgium: usually delivered within 1-5 business days.

Rest of Europe: usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

International / Rest of World: delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
We offer free shipping on orders over €50
International Shipping We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leia Goods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@leiagoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages & Lost Packages Leia Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, please contact us at info@leiagoods.com if something went wrong; we always try to find a suitable solution because we want happy customers!
