Return and Refund Policy Leia Goods

 

Right of Withdrawal  you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately £12 per package.

Conditions for returning If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Because we sell baby products, we ask you to handle the items with care. Clothing may of course be tried on, but must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

Exceptions to returns Please note: Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to, among other things:

  • Pacifiers and teethers

  • Baby bottles and sippy cups

  • Breast pumps and accessories

  • Care products (if opened)

Also, personalized items (such as a product with the baby's name on it) cannot be returned.

Refunds As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, we will refund the due order amount within 14 days to your account. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exchanges Do you want to exchange the product (for example for a different size or color)? That is no problem. You can contact info@leiagoods.com for this. You do bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Damaged or wrong product? Is a product damaged upon receipt or have you received the wrong item? Our apologies! In that case, please contact us immediately, and we will solve it for you free of charge as soon as possible.

Important: To ensure your return is processed quickly, it is crucial that you include our unique reference code on the package label. Without this code, the warehouse cannot identify your package.

Please Note:

  • Do not forget the reference code (PRIPAR00038140). We recommend writing it clearly on the label or adding it to the address field.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages without a tracking code.

  • What to include inside the package

    Please place a note inside the box with the following details:

    • Your Full Name

    • Your Order Number

    Why is this important? In the rare event that the shipping label on the outside becomes damaged or unreadable during transit, this note ensures we can still identify your return and process your refund without delay.
